Every spray foam quote comes down to the same three variables. Know them, and you can read any contractor's bid — including ours — like a pro.
Square Footage & Depth
Foam is priced by area sprayed and how thick it goes on. A "board foot" is one square foot at one inch deep — walls typically get 2–3.5 inches, roof decks 3–5.5. More area or more depth, higher total. This is the biggest lever in any quote.

Open-cell is the budget-friendly workhorse for interior walls and sound. Closed-cell costs roughly 1.5–2x more but delivers R-7 per inch, a moisture barrier, and structural rigidity — usually worth it on exterior walls, roof decks, and metal buildings in the RGV.

We mask, contain, and protect non-spray surfaces. The work area is sealed off and ventilated per OSHA standards before a drop of foam is sprayed.

Same-Crew Spray Application
PPE-equipped crew sprays in 1–3 inch passes, building up to your target thickness. Most full-home installs are completed in 1–2 days. Larger commercial jobs run 3–5 days.

Cure, Trim, and Walkthrough
24-hour cure. We trim any excess foam, clean the work area, and walk through the finished install with you before signing off. Warranty paperwork on the same day.
