1 · Insulation (R-Value)
Foam slows heat moving through your roof and walls, so the house gains heat slower and holds cool longer. Your AC cycles less. This is the part every insulation does — foam just does it without sagging or soaking up humidity over time.

Foam expands into every crack and gap, stopping hot outside air from leaking in. This is what batts can't do — and in the Valley's humidity, infiltration is a huge share of the load. A sealed house is the difference you feel the first afternoon.

Less humid air leaking in means your AC spends less energy dehumidifying — and the house feels cooler at a higher thermostat setting. Every degree you raise the thermostat is roughly another few percent off the cooling bill.

PPE-equipped crew sprays in 1–3 inch passes, building up to your target thickness. Most full-home installs are completed in 1–2 days. Larger commercial jobs run 3–5 days.
